During my role at the White Company I worked on the implementation of a category-specific reviews section on product pages. Specifically, I was responsible for the UI design of this section, working closely with the UX team to ensure a seamless user experience that encouraged customer engagement and feedback across both desktop and mobile platforms. This section allowed customers to review specific attributes of products, such as quality, design, and fit, providing valuable insights for other shoppers and helping to inform future product development. To achieve this, I produced prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, working iteratively to refine the design based on user feedback and stakeholder input. The resulting section was well-received by customers and stakeholders alike.
The White Company is a leading UK-based retailer of luxury home and fashion products, known for its signature minimalist style and high-quality craftsmanship.
During my time at the company, I had the opportunity to work on a range of digital design projects, including the UI design of their ecommerce site, where I collaborated closely with the UX team to make improvements to the site's user journey and enhance the overall user experience. Through research and analysis, I identified pain points and opportunities for optimisation, developing wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and design assets that improved the site's functionality and aesthetic appeal. In addition to UI design, I also worked on the creation of editorial features, social media assets, and online marketing campaigns, contributing to the company's broader digital presence and brand identity.

Inspire Editorial Features
As part of my work on the Inspire section of the White Company site, I created a series of editorial features aimed at showcasing new or seasonal products. These features were designed to be visually engaging and informative, incorporating high-quality images, compelling copy, and interactive elements to encourage customer engagement and drive sales. To achieve this, I worked closely with the content team to source appropriate imagery and refine copy, ensuring that the features were both aesthetically pleasing and informative. I also designed high-fidelity mockups to present to internal stakeholders for approval, using design tools such as Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite. Additionally, I had to ensure that the designs could be easily implemented within the Amplience CMS, which required careful attention to detail and close collaboration with the development team.
